Angahara-Samapada is the introduction to floor activity for beginners. It consists of a short arrangement of karana (stances) and asana (seats).

*This course is open to all Shadow Yoga and Nrtta Sadhana practitioners. Knowledge of the first two Shadow Yoga Preludes is required to attend this course.

Students NOT enrolled in the Nrtta Sadhana weekend can purchase the first night lecture class as a single class.

The Lecture is INCLUDED in the Nrtta Sadhana weekend and students enrolled in the weekend do not need to buy the Lecture but are required to attend.

SCHEDULE:

Friday, Dec 18, 5:00-7:30pm LECTURE with ZHANDER

Saturday, Dec 19, 7:00-9:00AM and 5:00-7:00PM

Sunday, Dec 20, 7:00-9:00AM and 5:00-7:00PM

COST:

$500 for the entire weekend

Friday, Dec 18, Lecture with Zhander is available for those not enrolled in the weekend course for $110.

Friday, Dec 18, Lecture and Saturday, Dec 19 morning class is available for $220.

All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
