You can also help by not inviting friends, family, or anyone to help carry brochures.  This event is for travel agents only.  A travel agency business card with your name pre-printed on it is required to be admitted.  

We have limited space.  Our suppliers appreciate all of the seats being full with Travel Agents!

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM - Dinner, Mini Presentations and Prize Giveaways

8:00 PM - Grand Prize Drawing - $200 Prepaid Credit Card - for ASTA Members

You must give each supplier a business card to be eligible for their prize.  

 Please bring approx. 50 cards.

Note:  At the shows we will be taking up a collection of unopened toiletries from your vacations.  Your support will help families at the local Salvation Army.  More Information.
