For your convenience, we have provided a link below where you can print out a copy of the Entrepreneurial Training Course application.

Application Instructions:

Please print the application; fill out completely.

If you are not yet in business but planning to start a business, complete the Entrepreneur section.

If you are currently running a business, complete the Microenterprise/Operating Business section. Please complete the section that applies to you.

Please note that the demographic information is collected for the purpose of documenting services provided under the auspices of the LA BusinessSource Center. Information will not be kept to determine eligibilty except to provirde relevant resources (i.e., minority/women-owned funding opportunities, etc.). All information will be kept confidential.

Application Checklist

Did you remember to:

1. Fill out all areas of the application which apply to you. LOS ANGELES RESIDENTS OR THOSE OPERATING A BUSINESS IN LOS ANGELES.
2. Include a copy of your California identification/driver's license/or current utllity bill or business (if available) with current L.A. address
