WELCOME TO THE 27th Annual A Quilters’ Gathering™!
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to A Quilters’ Gathering™. All workshops, lectures, and special events have been planned just for you. We have gathered together a wonderful group of nationally known quilt makers to teach both the basics and the latest in quilting methods and techniques. Our Special Events are a terrific mixture of pleasure and purpose. A Quilters’ Gathering™ was founded in 1989 by Jeanne Glenfield & Marie Geary to provide you the opportunity of learning in an atmosphere of warmth and friendship with all the comforts of a warm quilt.

REGISTRATION FORMS ARE PROCESSED AS RECEIVED. CLASSES ARE FILLED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Early registration is urged to assure enrollment in class of your choice. Online Registration is available on the website in July. Updates and Online Registration will be available online in July. Watch for Newsletter updates. No telephone registrations can be accepted. Registrations must be received by October 15, 2015 to assure processing before event. Registrations received after this date will be held at the Registration Desk in the Atrium. Please submit one registration form per person. Form may be duplicated for friends. REMEMBER TO INDICATE A SECOND, THIRD, and FOURTH CHOICE FOR CLASSES and LECTURES.

MUST BE INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION FORM. Fees can be paid by Check or Credit Card. A $35.00 fee will be added for bounced checks. Registered participants receive a Gathering tote bag and daily admittance to all exhibits, events, vendor malls, and evening Quilters’ Gatherings. Fee also covers all registration related costs.

No Registration Fee is required if purchasing tickets for only Opening Night event and/or any Lectures. Purchase of these tickets however, without Registration, does not include Daily Admission to show, Vendors Mall, etc. Any additional fees for supplies provided by teachers will be indicated in program and on supply lists.

Full Show passes may be obtained by registering as a Conference Participant for the $20.00 registration fee. This gives you a conference tote bag, daily admission, and admission to the evening Gatherings. The multiple-day pass for $12.00 gives you daily admission only.
Daily Visitors may also purchase tickets for any Lecture if seating is available. Lecture tickets may be purchased at the Conference Registration Desk. No Registration Fee is required for $10 Lecture only tickets.
PAYMENTS and REFUNDS
Visa, Master Card and PayPal, are accepted with registrations. Personal checks or Money Orders covering all fees must be included with registration. Make payable to: Eastcoast Quilters Alliance 3, LLC. Figure all costs on first choices. If placed in an alternate choice, any necessary adjustments will be made. You may add classes, events, etc. at any time by sending a duplicate registration form and any additional fees. No Additional Registration Fee Is Required. Write “Addition” and your Registration Number on this form.
$20.00 REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL OTHER FEES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED WHEN, AND IF, SPACE IS FILLED. HOWEVER, NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEES OR COSTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 1. BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE WITH THE GUIDELINES IN THIS POLICY.
TRANSPORTATION – The Radisson, Manchester is at Exit 5 Granite Street Exit off the Everett Turnpike and easily reached by all major highways. Shuttle services operate regularly out of Boston’s Logan Airport and the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire. Free transportation to the hotel is available from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). Call (603) 625-1000 to arrange pickup.
