Senior Legal Assistance Program
Chris Taylor, Program Coordinator of the Burlington County Senior Legal Assistance Program, will discuss the available legal assistance to Burlington County residents age 60 and older. Specifically, senior residents of Burlington County may have a simple will, power of attorney or advanced medical directive (also known as a living will) drafted by a licensed attorney at no cost. The program also handles a select number of other matters, like landlord-tenant disputes, creditor defense, uncontested divorce, and deed transfers (spouse only) on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, Chris Taylor will answer any questions about Free Legal Advice Days at the Human Services Building (795 Woodlane Road; Westampton, NJ 08060) on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 9:30 to 11:30 AM.
