Connecting With Your Spirit Guides 

Spirit Guides, also called compassionate spirits, guides, and ancestors are the unseen helpers who help us on our life journey.

Using several methods we will connect to our personal Spirit Guides:

~Guided visualization to discover a personal place in DreamTime where we can nourish ourselves and have the opportunity to meet guides.

~Practice Automatic Writing where we enter a meditative state and receive direct guidance through the written word.

~Shamanic journey to visit our spirit helpers. In Shamanic practices, compassionate spirit helpers reside in the Lower and Upper worlds. They may come in the form of an animal or human and offer help for specificproblems and issues in our life.
