Fire and Ice Competition

Register to compete in our Fire and Ice Competition held on Saturday, October 3^rd from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at Central Texas Harley-Davidson, and sponsored by CTHOG.  Enter your homemade salsa (Fire) and/or your homemade ice cream (Ice) for a CTHD customer tasting competition.  Cash prizes for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winners in each category will be awarded. 

CONTESTANTS:  All comers are invited to enter as Contestants.  Bring your home prepared salsa and ice cream entries to Central Texas Harley-Davidson at 11:00 am on competition day for set up.  No commercial product entries permitted.  Anticipate 120 tasters for your entry.

REGISTER: Online ($10 per entry + $1 fee).  Registration closes on September 26^th

CTHOG will allocate 2 contestants per table (approx. space 36” x 30”).  Each contestant is encouraged to decorate their allotted space.

CTHOG will provide all tasting cups, spoons and voting tickets.

TASTERS:  Tasting is open to all CTHD customers, HOG members, family and friends.  So “Stack the Deck” & invite all you know to come out and vote for your entry!!!  The Tasting Fee is $5 payable at the event.  Tasting starts at 12:00 and continues thru 2:00 pm.  Tasters will vote on their 3 favorite salsas and 3 favorite ice creams.

PRIZES:  The proceeds (after expenses) from Contestant Fees and Tasting Fees will determine the top three (3) cash prizes for each category (Fire & Ice).
