This Boot Camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and light stretching to end the workout. Equipment is optional but weights and resistance bands are the most common pieces used for this style of workout. Participants can get creative and use household items such as,canned goods, back packs, towels etc. for the strength training portion of this program.
