Exhibit at the Conference

Exhibiting at the NAMI-NYS Educational Conference allows you to communicate directly with more than 500 conference attendees over two days. NAMI-NYS has created an experience that maximizes the interactions between exhibitors and conference attendees. Conference exhibitors benefit from:

• More than five hours of designated time for attendees to visit the exhibit area.
• An exhibit area that is in the main registration courtyard and surrounded by conference session rooms, guaranteeing high-volumes of traffic.
• All refreshment break service taking place in the middle of the exhibit area.
  
• A 10x20 exhibit space which includes a skirted table and electricity.
• Full registration for all exhibitors to attend conference sessions.
• Meals included (lunch and dinner on Fri. and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sat.).
• Listings in the conference program..

Exihibiting Fees:

$400 for one day of exhibiting (Friday or Saturday)

$600 for Friday and Saturday

Advertise in the Conference Journal

Advertising allows you to communicate your organization's work to conference participants through a print-ad in the conference journal which is distributed to all attendees. Advertising rates are extremely affordable.
