Introduction to Job Development and Job Placement

Successful job development and placement requires a specialized skill set that includes creativity, resourcefulness and business savvy.    Learn how to be an effective Job Developer with UNM Anderson School of Management's Executive & Professional Education Center and Partners for Employment for a free 10 week certification class designed to train Job Developers in a variety of topics related to job development and placement for individuals with disabilities. Topics that will be presented include:

  • Networking techniques
  • LEAN Principles
  • Problem Solving
  • Marketing 
  • And more

This is a 10 week class being held on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Starting April 26 through June 30 from 3:30pm -5:00pm.

Pre-requisite - Introduction to Employment Supports/Job Coaching 

Cost - FREE.  There is no cost thanks to our funding partners, Department of Vocational Rehab (DVR) and Development Disabilities Support Division (DDSD).
