An opportunity to discover your perfect fit. Book a time slot. Get your measurements taken. And receive your report with your mathematically exact measurements for hems, sleeve lengths, necklace lengths, belt widths and much more. All over a cup of tea or coffee.

If you want to discover to a few centimetres your best lengths then you might like this. Did you know a difference  of centimetres could dramatically improve the way you look?

It is amazing what an impact a couple of centimetres added or taken away from a length or width of your garment and/or accessory can do for you.

An extra cm less or more could transform an OK piece of clothing into your favourite garment...  

  • It could explain why you are not particularly keen on a jacket or an accessory 
  • or why that dress makes you feel old-fashioned (even though it is in your colour, shape and style).

In your personal style consultation we saw the importance of lengths on you and how that impacted on the way you looked.  

For example we looked at whether you can do above knee, on knee, below knee for skirt lengths ... now we have precision.

I have now access to exciting new technology from the US that will give me mathematically exact measurements not only for your best lengths for skirts and trousers but for belt widths, necklace lengths, sleeve lengths and much more.

It is as the Americans put it, it is truly 'awesome'. Anyway I am impressed on the impact it made for me.

This additional knowledge will give you more accuracy on what you've already learnt on your personal style consultation. It will consolidate and give you better understanding of what suits you, and make it much easier for alterations or for ordering custom-made items.

We are calling it the Personal Fit Formula (exclusive to House of Colour in the UK)

  • You book an avaialble time slot to suit you now.
  • On the morning I take 12 little measurements with my electronic gadget. It will take about 20 mins.
  • These measurements are fed into the computer and thanks to an algorithm it sends a report with your mathematically exact measurements for hems, sleeve lengths, belt widths, straps on shoes, neck lines and much more. 
  • I send you this report via email later on that day. Or you are welcome to wait at the venue for your report with a cup of tea or coffee.

It includes:

  • Going to your home
  • The measurements, and your personalised report 
  • 1 ½ hour follow-up appointment in your wardrobe, where we use the report and pins and you can see the impact a few changes can make on items you already own. 
  • And while we are in your wardrobe and if time, we can also  can review information from your colour and style classes.
