This seminar reviews the Government’s rights to insist on contract changes, as well as the contractor’s remedies when a change occurs. We will review the differences between commercial vs. non-commercial contracts and directed vs. constructive changes, recognizing the critical importance of a change being ordered by authorized government personnel.
