9th Annual Kayaking 4 Meso
Kayaking 4 Meso is an annual kayaking event thru the “Flight of Locks” in Waterford, NY & up the Hudson River to the Halfmoon Lighthouse Park. Our mission is to raise awareness about asbestos-caused Mesothelioma and to raise money for research to fight this rare cancer. Monies raised will be donated to Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation.
This year's event is in memory of Nicholas Dominick who we lost to Mesothelioma this year.
We launch from Flight Lock Rd Boat Launch, Waterford, NY at 9:00 AM sharp. (Check in starts at 7:00AM)
Festivities at Halfmoon Lighthouse Park from 1:30 - 4:00 PM. Food and refreshments available.
Shuttle buses available in the morning starting at 7:30am.
