This isn't your typical blind date!
It's a gathering for women to network one-on-one and share their stories. We'll provide various ideas for conversation starters on your blind "date" and you'll actually have more than one "date" (think speed networking)!
Feel free to bring a favorite book to talk about or peruse the shelves at the library to find a title that intrigues you.
The Osterville Library has a myriad of services to offer including complementary educational programs, various clubs and events, and so much more! Cyndy Cotton, Executive Director, will give us an overview of all the services and resources available at the Osterville Village Library. You will be quite surprised to learn what they have beyond books, movies and music.
Four CCWA members will have a table with information about their business and/or passion.
We appreciate all the wonderful items brought for the Scholarship Raffle at January's meeting! Let's do it again!
Kindly consider bringing a seasonal item, chocolate, a bottle of wine, gift certificate, a book, etc. Be sure to include your name so we can recognize you when we call the winning ticket. All proceeds benefit the CCWA Scholarship Fund. Raffle tickets are sold until 7:30 pm.
Happy Bucks is a fun way for everybody to share a quick business announcement, compliment someone, give info about a nonprofit or event, or anything that you'd like the group to hear about. Each item is $1 and the proceeds support CCWA.
Light appetizers and beverages will be served. AND there WILL be CHOCOLATE!
Check-in begins at 5:30 pm and the program at 6:00 pm.
