Program Details

Caring for a person with Alzheimer's is the hardest job you were never trained for. Caregivers often neglect their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This program will help you better care for yourself, as well as your loved one. Discussion topics include effective communication, preparing for the future, and making your health and wellness a priority.
