Get the Help You Need to Produce the Purpose Within!

Organizational members will receive 1.5 hour workshops on all six topics:  Board Development, Marketing Plan & Constituency Development; Budget, Fundraising and Donor Relations,  Results & Evaluation,  Grantwriting & Your Case for Support, and Strategic Planning.  

Single subject workshops can be scheduled individually.

Workshops are scheduled at a mutually agreeable time and location.  Travel costs are included if within Pierce County.   Two copies of workshop materials are provided for agency duplication for training.  The agency may include all relevant staff and volunteers in training sessions.

Organizational Members who schedule the six part series also receive 4-hours of personalized technical assistance to be used as a follow up to any workshop to support the agency's ability to implement principles included in the training, such as assistance developing a marketing plan, help building a case for support, or faciliating a strategic planning retreat.
