Transforming Whole School Culture & Practice:
Supporting the Implementation of Authentic Inquiry
Learning for a Sustainable Future is pleased to offer this very popular 2 -day PD experience.
Throughout the two days, we will "walk the talk" and model inquiry methodology.
Who should attend?
- Administrators, system leaders, or school learning teams (1 admin with 1-3 teachers/ECEs/EAs) who wish to support transformative, inquiry-based learning for engaged citizenship and student achievement.
Focus:
- What are the factors and characteristics required to support the implementation of authentic inquiry, exit outcomes and learning for all?
- Do your School Learning Plans optimize the learning conditions of all students through the responsible and sustainable management of resources?
- How do you create a culture of coherence, job embedded professional learning, collaboration and shared responsibility?
- How does professional growth contribute to the well-being of all individuals, job satisfaction, and student achievement?
- Are the Kindergarten play-based key learnings, skills, and processes transferable to a school-wide culture of inquiry?
The professional learning approach employed over the two days matches the cultural goals for school transformation. We will draw out the experience and questions of those attending to connect values, experience and research to inform the choices and practices you can draw on to transform your school culture.
