Clues and Cues - Basic Charitable Gift Planning Concepts You Can Use 

If you are new to the area of gift planning or if you would like to sharpen your skills, we encourage you to attend the 19th Annual Planned Giving Workshop Series, offered virtually for the first time.

Topics: The workshop series provides an overview of terms & vehicles, tax fundamentals, attracting donors, stewardship and ethical considerations. This practical, interactive course will teach you everything you need to know about setting up and running a planned giving program, including:

  • Understanding basic planned giving vehicles
  • Designing policies and procedures for a successful planned giving program
  • Understanding essential tax concepts
  • Identifying planned giving prospects
  • Marketing your planned giving program
  • Matching donors with planned giving vehicles
