About Our Speaker:

John A. Drake helps companies solve their employment law problems. John has handled both individual and collective action wage-and-hour litigation under the FLSA, conducted FLSA exemption audits and issued opinion letters, and defended cases under Title VII, the ADA, and the FMLA. He also represents clients with FMLA, non-compete, and other employment law issues.

John is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Ogletree Deakins, a firm of more than 48 offices specializing in employment law and commercial litigation.
