“Illuminating the Complexities of Family Businesses"

Fireside Chat with the Roberts and family from Westport Winery Garden Resort
May 8, 2019

Please join us for a panel of multi-generational family business owners sharing their stories of successes and setbacks managing their business, their families, and lessons learned along the way.

We will hear from the first and second generations of the Roberts family,
who founded Westport Winery in 2008 are launching Ocean’s Daughter Distillery as their next adventure. Westport Winery is a 20-acre garden resort located halfway between Aberdeen and Westport on the Washington coast.

Hear Blain and Kim Roberts, and their adult children,  Carrie and Dana, discuss how they are growing and expending their business while serving their communities and keeping a strong family, all while paying close attention to caring for their customers. Each panelist will reflect the unique perspectives and experiences of the different generations.
