This audition application is for undergraduate applicants who are applying to the School of Music, Theatre and Dance as a Dance Major. This application is a request of participation at our visit/audition day and not a guarantee of acceptance into the School of Music, Theatre & Dance. The Audition dates this year are 11/3/17 and 2/2/18
