A Legal Guide to Guardianships and Alternatives (POA and Authorized Representatives) with Hon Judge Robert Rusu
Information will be provided to address guardianship and its alternatives. Included in the presentation will be various methods to legally handle an incompetent person’s affairs. Specific information will be provided on each method including guardianship, POA and rep payee. The presentation will also include an overview of basic Ohio Medicaid.

Refunds will be made ONLY for cancellations received three business days prior to the event. If received less than three days prior to the event, a credit can be issued for use at another program within the next 6 months. If notice of cancellation is not received before the date of the program, no refund will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: No shows will be charged the full registration fee.
Class sizes are limited, so register early. Classes with low registrations may be canceled. If the class is canceled or moved, participants will be contacted via email at least 24 hours in advance.
Classes start and end on time. To ensure a quality experience for all, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class to resolve any technical issues. CEU credits will be adjusted 0.25 credit hours for every 15 minutes not in attendance; adjusted certificates will be emailed to participants within 3 business days after the training.
The webinar CEUs will take place at Canfield Library during the designated times. Participants must sign in upon arrival and remain at the location for the entirety of the event.
Please note: Certificates will be provided at the event so long as attendance has been verified and evaluation returned. A reminder that, in keeping with licensure board requirements, certificates will be adjusted 0.25 hours for every 15 minutes not in attendance, and attendance will be monitored.
