In honor of Legal Professionalism Month, CDLA and CTLA are hosting a special one hour CLE discussion regarding how CDLA and CTLA members can work together to craft Rule 30(b)(6) deposition notices as well as designations and objections, to streamline litigation, and avoid discovery dispute conferences. The presenters will discuss strategies for efficiently taking and defending such depositions to minimize the need for court involvement and maximize discovery of relevant information to move cases forward expeditiously.  Attendees will get ideas about what the other side sees as “boilerplate” language that might be avoided; about how to address disputes that do arise in the most effective way; and if Court intervention is required, ideas for how to streamline that interaction.
