An update on the federal and state court rulings between January 1, 2020 and April 22, 2021 and newly enacted statutes that affect cases litigated by those who represent municipal, city, county and state governmental entities.
During this presentation, attendees will learn about the most recent state and federal cases that impact common defenses, including the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, and qualified immunity. Additionally, we will discuss newly enacted statutes.
