Reasonable Value of Medical Expense Evidence: Issues for Discovery and Trial.  Participants will learn about cases involving plaintiff’s expert Guilliford and the use of Accumed “evidence”. Mr. Witte will discuss common issues in motions to strike plaintiff and defense experts who opine on reasonable value, and Orders from various Courts on those issues. There will be discussion of how that evidence is generally received at trial when it comes in. If there is time, the presenter may also discuss the anticipated impact of the pending Sholle Gill cases.
