Earlier this year, CDLA hosted a webinar on the basics of the CDARA process.  This webinar builds on the earlier one and is meant to take an in-depth look at one of the key aspects of the process, the Notice of Claim and how that relates to a matter’s bottom line.

What common issues arise from the Notice of Claim process and how can those problems be used to limits your insured client’s damages?  For example, can a Claimant’s failure to comply with all CDARA’s requirements limit how much in damages they can later recover, or possibly stop the litigation altogether?  Or what problems may a client’s personal counsel cause during the Notice process that may be used to your advantage later?
