Presented by 4th Judicial District Court Judge Thomas K. Kane

Judge Kane will provide feedback to civil practitioners based on his observations as a judge, his experiences working with CDLA’s trial academy, and his work with the Colorado Bar.

Judge Kane will also discuss how modern trial techniques can improve the practice of law for both young and seasoned trial lawyers, as well as better serving their clients.

Lastly, Judge Kane will provide insight into where he sees the practice of law going so that lawyers can better prepare themselves, and their practices, for the future of trial advocacy.
