Judges Taylor and Kopkow will discuss the new Rule 16.1 and trends they have seen since the changes to the Rule were enacted. They will compare the new Rule to the old Rule, and what Judges expect when cases remain in Rule 16.1. The discussion will also address the new Rule’s impact on case management, as well as case management concerns generally. This is a joint CLE presentation with the Weld County Bar Association.
