Colorado Defense Lawyers Foundation Raffle

A Proud Civil Defense Foundation serving the community through various outreach activities in conjunction with Colorado bar associations, law schools, and non-profit organizations to promote the Association’s ideal of inclusiveness in the law.

Here’s how you do it.  Any CDLA member, lawyer or staff in a member firm who purchases raffle tickets for the Hub’s Pub soirée at the Annual Conference in Steamboat Springs will be registered to win raffle prices. Each raffle ticket purchased will be entered into the drawing for each these prizes and many more.  The purchase of the raffle tickets are tax deductible contributions to the CDLA Foundation, a 501 c (3) organization, Tax ID # 87-0927359

Individuals need not be present to win. Our goal at Hub's Pub is to raise as much money as possible to give back to our community with such things as the bicycles purchased for Children’s Hospital patients last year. Hub's Pub was created in honor of Daniel M. Hubbard, the former incoming president of CDLA, who suffered a cardiac incident while riding his bicycle home from work and passed away unexpectedly. To honor Hub's memory and his passion for cycling, the CDLA Foundation created the Hub's Pub event to help fund the Foundation. The Foundation's funds have been used to support community activities in Hub's honor, including buying new bicycles and helmets for sick children. The raffle tickets are $20 per ticket or 6 tickets for $100. The more you contribute, the greater chances you have of winning the great prizes. Fill out the information on THIS FORM and send it in by July 24. You will receive raffle tickets and a letter confirming your tax deductible contribution to the Foundation.
