This two-hour CLE will include a presentation by Scott Moss, Frank Patterson, and Jon Sands. 

Mr. Moss is a professor at the University of Colorado Law School. He teaches courses in Federal Pretrial Litigation, Employment Law, and Constitutional Law. Professor Moss is an experienced trial and appellate litigation who continues to litigate when he can. He will present on how to prepare for trial. His presentation will also include depositions and how they fit into a broader civil discovery plan. 

Following this, attorneys Frank Patterson and Jon Sands will present on trial techniques, including the subtleties of effective advocacy to a jury. 

Mr. Patterson is an experienced trial attorney who has taught in nationally recognized Masters in Trial Seminars, and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, educating lawyers in the art of trial work. 

Mr. Sands has extensive trial practice and teaches courses on trial presentation. There will be a brief Q&A following each presentation.
