8:30 a.m. Judge Gregory R. Werner, 4th Judicial District Court, El Paso County, Colorado, will provide a view from the bench and of new judicial case management requirements.
9:30 a.m. Lori Moore, Senior Partner of Retherford, Mullen & Moore, LLC, will share her experiences with non-retained experts being used by the other side as retained experts, and how to address these issues with the court.
10:30 a.m. David Jones, Associate Trial Attorney with State Farm’s In-house Counsel, Paul S. Edwards & Associates, will address and bring up for discussion Deposition Tactics by the Other Side regarding videotaping, rules of the road, the “Potterybarn” rule, and other irrelevant and oppressive questions.
