A two day, 14 PDU (1.4 CEU) instructor led program for Project Managers or graduates of the Prof. Development Collaborative’s “Project Management Essentials” course, preparing you for the PMP® Examination.

This program has been designed to help you pass the PMP® certification exam and expand your opportunities within your organization and your industry. This comprehensive two-day course will ensure that you can become well prepared to take the exam.

The PMP® Exam Boot Camp program was developed by a New Leaf executive who was a contributor to early editions of the PMBOK® Guide and who helped revise the PMP® Exam for the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

The program provides an intensive review of the knowledge areas that form the basis of the PMP® Certification exam. You will identify personal strengths and weaknesses in each of these areas and develop a personalized strategy for passing the exam. After completing a PMP® sample exam and discussing the underlying rationale behind the correct answers, you’ll be better prepared to pass the exam on the first try.

  • Review The PMBOK® Guide “Framework for Project Management”
  • Know the crucial sections in The PMBOK® Guide 5th Ed. to study for the exam
  • Become familiar with the process of taking the real PMP® Certification Exam
  • Understand & use the key concepts from the progress measurement technique “earned value”
  • Identify your strengths and weaknesses in order to focus on topics found on previous PMP® exams
  • Define your preparations to pass the exam on your first try

Plus: Apply concrete steps to address test-taking anxiety

Who will benefit? Project managers seeking additional professional certification, Professionals interested in preparing for the PMP® Exam, Individuals working to become a project manager, Those interested in a review of the 47 PMBOK® processes, Anyone who works closely with project managers.
