you learned this key application?

SharePoint is a centralized document sharing system and a platform for building websites and a key skill recruiters look for in resumes.  Companies use SharePoint to store, organize, share, and access information from almost any device. It’s accessible through web browsers like Chrome or Firefox, and allows you to work collaboratively with people on the same document, to share and upload documents, to create team sites, and much, much more.

With rich, useful content, a half day commitment, and a low price, this class is great for anyone working in a collaborative environment or applying to work there. No knowledge of programming or HTML required, only a desire to master what is fast becoming the must have application of the future.

During this workshop you will learn:

  • How SharePoint is used as the enterprise platform for organizing and sharing content
  • The information building blocks in SharePoint
  • How to search for and navigate to content
  • Applications and apps that go to make up SharePoint
  • Hands-on use of SharePoint to build a simple website
