Do you want to break free of limiting thoughts and patterns that stop you from living your potential?  Are you dealing with workplace or job search stress, or unproductive habits?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or Tapping offers a simple acupressure technique that resolves stuck emotions and helps you to move on. You tap lightly with the fingertips on key meridian energy points on your face, hands and torso, while focusing on emotional challenges, physical pain, stress, illness, etc. This combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology appears to relieve psychological stress and physiological discomforts and imbalances.

EFT has proven itself successful in many scientific studies. And it doesn't just work on the specific issue you're dealing with; it also gives your energy system an overhaul so that you can experience more happiness, health and well-being . The great thing about EFT is that you can use it on absolutely everything and it is extremely easy to learn.

An EFT CD is offered with class materials.
