Stephen De Bellis, CCP is the Founder and Principal Compensation Consultant at De Bellis Partners (www.debellispartners.com), a firm specializing in Total Rewards Compensation and the automation of compensation programs. Stephen’s career has specialized in the original design or the major revitalization of existing compensation programs, including the entire cycle of development from assessing and planning to the details of implementation and administration.        

 Stephen has held roles as an external consultant, and in corporate management as a compensation manager within a wide variety of industries, with experience within corporate, headquarter, and divisional environments and within the public and private sectors, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and from startup to Fortune 50 organizations. He has also been a director for a public employees' retirement system, and has managed and administered Benefits. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with WorldatWork, a member and Staff Trainer of the Northeast Human Resources Association, and the New England Compensation Consortium.
