Anyone interested in understanding the differences between different Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions from the most popular to the new comers.

Presenter: Fran Barbaro, MBA & Entrepreneur, has a MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Liverpool, a BS in Management from Bentley University, and a Certificate in Broadcasting from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. She is an entrepreneur and has years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, telemarketing, and engineering.  She has worked for some of the largest inside sales, B2B, and telemarketing groups supporting companies such as SAP, Intuit, Kodak, General Electric, and is an Educational Specialist for Universities and Colleges.


 The Professional Development Collaborative, Inc. is a non-profit education and training center for professionals in transition who are seeking to grow their skills and utilize their expertise in a professional setting.  Subject matter experts with in-demand skills provide affordable training, while businesses and organizations offer collaborative work opportunities and employment alliances.  The vision of the PDC is to create an organization that grows the skills of highly motivated professionals, and in turn, is an aid to the New England economy.
