PARKING/TRANSPORATION

The Hotel offers self parking only in a security enclosed parking facility directly beneath the hotel, based on availability.  For day only attendees, please stop by the Front Desk and pre-pay to receive the discounted parking and mention that you are with the SFEPD Conference.  The discounted parking rate is $13.00.

Complimentary shuttle bus service daily between the hotel and Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City Metro Station, and nearby shops, restaurants and businesses.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request must be sent to info@sfepd.org. Please enter "Seventh Annual Conference Refund" in the subject line. Telephone requests will not be honored. Credit card refunds are processed within 72 hours after receipt. For check refunds, please allow 10 business days for processing.

Refunds are not available due to non-attendance.

Refund Request Deadlines

 

  • Refund requests postmarked by August 30, 2014 will receive a full refund, less a $50 service and processing fee of the registration fee.
  • Refund requests postmarked after August 30, 2014 will not be honored.
