Please join us for this interactive, virtual workshop

Join fellow advocates as we explore and practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), otherwise known as Tapping. We will review the research and science along with the benefits of Tapping We will practice a Tapping script and explore the stress reduction activity ourselves. The goal is to provide helpers with ways to manage distress and promote well-being along with learning how to share Tapping with survivors of domestic violence.
