What are the duties of the agent during the claim time? What are the situations that the agent may find themselves in and what do they need to know to assist the client while still working within the boundaries of their company rules. When a client does not understand what is going on or why, it is the agent that they may turn to for explanation. Understanding the issues that they may run into allows an agent to respond appropriately while educating the client.
