Lean Construction Panel Discussion for Owners and Interested Parties

Please join us at AstraZeneca’s Gaithersburg campus for an owner-focused Lean Construction Panel. This event will consist of presentations and an open forum designed to educate owners considering or starting to use lean methods to execute capital projects. Panelists will include owners and builders experienced in leveraging lean for the betterment of their teams, processes, and project outcomes. Owners and construction professionals with all levels of experience with lean are welcome to attend. This event is co-hosted by The Lean Construction Institute and the ISPE Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter. Registration is required.
