Ironstrength Outside: This class is designed to make you work! Led by 33 time marathoner and 13 time Ironman triathlete, Sports Medicine Physician Jordan D. Metzl MD will lead you through a strength training class sure to challenge and inspire you. Meet at Delacorte Theater on the west side of the park inside of 81st Street entrance.
