Chef Gabrielle’s pasta-making demonstration starts with Pappardelle Pasta with Short Rib Ragu. In addition, the Chef prepares Goat Cheese Tortellini with Lemon Cream Sauce, served up with Cheesy Garlic Bread and House Salad served family style. Each participant will enjoy dining and sampling these pasta classics.
