Advanced Class One: Poultry - Hands On

Learn the basic definition of poultry, parts of a bird, how to properly handle it, cooking times and temperatures. You値l understand the proper sanitation regulations for poultry and how to fabricate a chicken. In this class you値l be hands-on in preparing & sampling a whole Roasted Chicken served with Fingerling Potatoes and Blistered Tomatoes.
