1st Course - French Onion Bowl
House made Bread Filled with French Onion Soup
A Splash ff Rich Creamy Mornay Sauce Topped with Provolone and Gruyere Cheese.

2nd Course - Cheese Plate
Tomme, Comte, Bleu d'Fluergne, Brie, with Local Roasted Stone Fruit, Local Berry Jam, House made Baguette and Croissant.

3rd Course - Beet Salad
Confit Beets, Butter Pouched Squash, Herb Emulsion, Black Pepper Lemon Gel,
Pumpkin Seed Dust finished with Frisee.

4th Course - Oyster and Duck
Oyster with A Caviar Crème Fraiche finished with a Fennel Tomato Broth.
Confit Duck Topped with A Parsnip Mash

5th Course - Duo Plate
Butter Pouched Halibut, Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce, Pea and Mint Topping finished with Pea Shot Greens.
Beef Tenderloin, Local Sautéed Greens, Blackberry Demi, Local Potato Terrine

6th Course - Napoleon
