We've designed the schedule of events to give you a great island experience with lots of quality time to enjoy with your family and friends.

THURSDAY JULY 20, 2017 - Arrival in Bimini

Welcome Ashore crew will be ready to assist you upon arrival

Welcome Reception - HILTON ROOF TOP POOL AND VIP FAMILY LOUNGE

We'll celebrate your arrival with the breathtaking panaramic views from the roof top of the new Hilton hotel, closed to the public for this special event. You'll be treated to scrumptious butler served hors d' oeuvres and a complete open bar.

Mingle with other Sea Vee boat owners as you stroll around the magnificent fifth floor of this new luxury hotel. Let the kids jump in the infinity pool while you relax to the sounds of our island DJ, or head to the dance floor and make your moves to the beat.

FRIDAY JULY 21, 2017

Rendezvous on the Beach - DEPART FROM THE MEGA YACHT MARINA

Join us for a fun run to a secluded tropical oasis where you'll throw your anchor in the shallow waters just off a sugary white sandy beach. Bring on your appetite as our grill chefs will have great barbecue waiting for you. Then kick back and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as you socialize with your family and new friends.

Some guests may wish to visit the Sapona on their own time before the rendezvous. The 270-foot Sapona was built by Henry Ford in 1911 and served as a troop transport for just one trip during World War I. After the war, the Sapona was used by rumrunners between the Bahamas and Florida during Prohibition. A hurricane in the late 1920s drove the ship aground between South Bimini and Cat Cay, where she only partially submerged. Today, the Sapona is very popular with divers and snorklers. 

Friday evening is open to your preferences. Try your luck at the casino, explore the authentic Bahamian village of Alice Town, or just unwind while watching a spectacular sunset on the beach or pool deck.  

Bimini Bash Fishing Tournament - MEGA YACHT MARINA

The fishing tournament portion of the Bash is ongoing throughout the entire weekend. If you make a great catch, bring it down to the weigh-in at the Mega Yacht Marina. The weigh station will be manned Thursday 4pm -5pm, Friday 5:30 pm - 6 pm, and Saturday 3 pm - 4 pm. Eligible fish are dolphin, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. Winners will be recognized at the farewell banquet.

Event Fee and Special Bimini Bash Discounted Lodging Rates

The event fee is $225 for adults and $155 for children 7 - 17 years old. Children 6 years old and younger are free. The fee includes all meals, beverages, t-shirts, prizes and entertainment as detailed in the schedule of events.

A limited number of discounted villas and rooms at the new Hilton hotel have been blocked for this event. Other properties may be available so please make sure to ask at the time of booking if you're interested. Contact Resorts World Bimini for cancellation policy and check in time. 

All rooms subject to tax and resort fees. Limited availability. Lodging will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A SELLOUT IS ANTICIPATED. Make your reservations early!

Water - $0.45 per gallon

Booking Your Bimini Bash Trip

Booking your Bimini Bash getaway is a simple 3 step process.

Step 1 - Select your lodging preference then contact the group sales manager of Resort World Bimini, Cynthia Paez, at 305-374-6664 Ext. 2370  to make your lodging reservations. Make sure that you identify yourself as a Sea Vee Bimini Bash guest to receive your discounted rate. You can also email Cynthia at: cynthia.paez@rwbimini.com

Step 2 - Contact the Bimini Resort World Marina directly at 305-374-6664 Ext. 1035/1036 or 1-242-347-6031 to reserve your dock space. You can also contact the marina via email at marina@rwbimini.com. Remember to make golf cart reservations when booking your lodging and dock space. Try contacting Elite Golf Cart Rentals 242-473-8125. Other companies are also available.

Step 3 - Click on the "Register Now" link above to register you and your guests with Sea Vee. This is an important step as t-shirts, captain's bags, party favors, food and beverage quanities are all calculated based upon your registering. The event fee can conveniently be paid online with a credit card.

Your Bash t-shirts and other items will be shipped to the physical address you used for registering several weeks before departure. Additional information, and any last minute details will be sent to your email address.

A sellout is anticiapted. Please make sure that you complete your lodging, dockage and golf cart reservations as soon as possible to best ensure that your preferred room and dock space are available. Remember, that you'll be communicating with people operating on "island time" so please be patient.
