Exhibitors will have time to network with over 120 attendees throughout the conference and welcome at all meals.

Exhibit Space:  Tabletop with electricity, wireless internet access, one table (skirted and linen top), wastebasket, and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Includes booth space, name badge, attendee list, meals; two people per booth space 

$275.00 + Donation to the Fund Raiser for MATHCOUNTS & Scholarship
$150.00 per person Breakfast & Lunch Thursday & Friday
(may switch out if people aren’t there at the same time).
$55.00 per person Thursday Night Awards Banquet

Move-in:  May 18: 7:00 a.m.

Exhibits Hours: May 18:  8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. & May 19: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Move-out: May 19 at 5:00 p.m.

Please note that all attendees will adhere to Eagle Crest Resort, local, state, and federal requirements.
