Ken Bresler is an adjunct professor, teaching the Legal Writing Workshop. He is a writer, the principal of ClearWriting.com, and a state administrative law judge. His compilation, Mark Twain vs. Lawyers, Lawmakers, and Lawbreakers: Humorous Observations, collects Twain's sketches and quotations on law, lawyers, government, and politics.
