Dr. Ginsburg is a pediatrician specializing in Adolescent Medicine at Children's Hospital - Philadelphia and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of PA School of Medicine. Dr Ginsburg also serves homeless youth as Director of Health Services at Covenant House and writes extensively about resilience for parent and professional audiences. He recently released throught the American Academy of Pediatrics an interdisciplinary multimedia toolkit, Reaching Teens: Strength-based communication strategies to build resilience and support healthy adolescent development.

Chief Jaffe headed the Housing and Police Bureau from 2003-2014 before being appointed to lead the Community Affairs Bureau. Her exploits are chronicled in bestselling book, DAVID and GOLIATH. Over a three year period Chief Jaffe reduced juvenile robberies in one of NYC's most challenging public housing projects from 350 a year to 25 using an unconventional strategy.
