Digital Image Information:  All images submitted must conform to the WFWS45 prospectus.

FORWARD your entry confirmation email to Jennifer Love at jenniferloveartwork@yahoo.com and attach your images to the email. (This connects all your entry data with the images in one email.)

 Notes on emailing images:
1) Make sure your email provider does not reduce image file sizes for transmission.
2) You may need to send 2nd or 3rd images in multiple messages, due to file sizes. 

If you need assistance with sizing or emailing your image(s), please contact your WFWS delegate, Jennifer Love. (Phone number in your UWS Directory.) 

To Enter through this site: You must be a current Utah Watercolor Society (UWS) member (Dues paid for 2019-2020). Your work must be original and completed on or after January 1, 2018 (dates on submitted images will be verified).  Click here if you need to renew your dues or would like to join UWS (Utah residents only).

Reminder: All UWS members are responsible for expenses required to deliver selected WFWS45 paintings with mat and backing to and from the UWS delegate, in accordance with the prospectus. The handling fee is $50.  Do not attempt to coordinate delivery of a selected painting directly to the host society. The UWS will package and deliver all UWS entries to the WFWS host society as a group. This includes UWS members residing out-of-state. 

What you need to do if your painting is accepted: 
1)  You will mat your work (minimum of 3" wide on all sides, single WHITE mat
2)  You will need to have the foam core backing on your painting
3)  You will need to fill out the required paperwork
4)  You will need to write out a check made out to UWS for the $50 handling fee
5)  You will need to submit all required items to your WFWS Delegate (Jennifer Love) by the date indicated in the prospectus

NOTE:  Your WFWS entry is NOT COMPLETE until you have received confirmation from your delegate that your entry data, image(s) and payment have ALL been received! 

Check Payments: 
Check payments are still an option. However, check payments must be RECEIVED no later than January 3,2020 to allow for processing before entry deadline.

• Please make your check payable to "Utah Watercolor Society." 
• Include completed entry form with your check payment. 
• Mail check with printed entry form to: Cynthia Hepworth, 129 W 1500 N, Bountiful, UT 84010.  
• Keep a copy of your entry form for yourself
• Check payments must be RECEIVED by January 3, 2020 (which means you will need to mail the check out before the deadline)!
