We're welcoming the 2012 Holiday Season with a celebration, Heaven on Seven style.  We've put together a holiday inspired menu of seven dishes, and paired them with Oskar Blues Craft Beers.  Oskar Blues, located in Longmont, Colorado, recently became available to us in Illinois, and we're always thankful for great beer!  Not only do they make great beer, but Oskar Blues was one of the first craft breweries to truly embrace canning, which is not only great for the environment, but as it turns out it's also really great for the beer.  They also own and operate Hops & Heifers, a farm producing quality grass fed beef, which we will be utilizing for the dinner.  Our beer dinners feature seven courses paired and prepared with eight craft beers.  Take a look at what we've got planned for our Holiday Feast:

Reservations are required.  The cost of the dinner is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity.  If you would like to enjoy the holiday menu without the beer, the cost will be $40 per person plus tax and gratuity.  We will also be offering the Jimmy Feed Me! tasting menu at $35 per person plus tax and gratuity.  Sorry, the regular menu will not be available.
